The "next  steps" listed here are spiritual growth or service opportunities that will help you move forward on your journey to becoming a more deeply committed disciple of Jesus Christ. 


    SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 12:30PM - 3:00PM


    Lots of us have questions about basic Christian beliefs. This workshop is designed to clarify beliefs that are crucial to the Christian faith.

    If you would like to join us for lunch before the workshop, we will meet at 12:00pm. Special diets such as vegetarian, vegan and gluten free will be accommodated.

    Lunch and child care will be provided upon prearrangement.

  • Stephen Ministry

    new care giver class

    begins Monday, October 8, 6:30pm

    Stephen Ministers are laypeople—Christian men and women—trained to provide one-to-one care to people experiencing a difficult time in life, such as grief, divorce, job loss, chronic or terminal illness, relocation, or separation due to military deployment.

    Stephen Ministers come from all walks of life. Their commonality? A passion for bringing Christ’s love and care to people during a time of need.

  • methodism 101 workshop

    Sunday, October 21, 12:30pm - 4:30pm

    Lunch at Noon

    What makes someone a United Methodist? 

    What is our history and how are we organized? 

    And, who is this John Wesley?

    United Methodists are people of grace. If you are new to Methodism or would like to know more about United Methodist practices and beliefs, please come to the Methodism 101 Workshop. 

    A light lunch will be provided at 12:00pm. 

    Lunch and childcare are provided upon prearrangement.

    The Senior Care Giving Ministry is looking for volunteers interested in becoming a "Pastor's Partner". 

    Pastor's Partners are assigned on a one-to-one basis to a Senior within our congregation who may no longer be able to attend church regularly, or is in need of a little extra tender loving care. 

    Training is conducted by Pastor David.
