SUNDAY SCHOOL

At Desert Spring Church, we know that children are born with an innate sense of wonder and faith. Our teachers and curriculum provide a foundation of experiences on which our children can build a life of learning and spiritual growth, and experience God’s love.

Nursery, Toddler & Preschool care is offered at the 8:00am, 9:30am & 11:00am worship services.  

The children are cherished as teachers model the love of Jesus Christ through play and exceptional care.

K – 5 Sunday School is offered at the 9:30am & 11:00am worship services.

We engage the kids in discussion of the scripture and message. Teachers lovingly answer questions such as: How does that scripture apply today? Is God saying something to ME in this scripture?  How do I use this scripture in my daily life?

POTOSI PINES CAMP

Potosi Pines Camp is proud to be a part of the Desert Southwest Conference of the United Methodist Church. They are pleased to share the beautiful gift God has given us in Potosi Pines Camp.

CHILDCARE MINISTRY

Childcare is a wonderful blessing to parents wishing to participate in various events and classes at Desert Spring. Children of all ages are invited to play, read, watch a move, color and create crafts in a comfy, cozy classroom.

BOY SCOUT TROOP 912

Desert Spring Church is proud to sponsor Boy Scout troop 912.
The scouts meet at Desert Spring on Monday evenings from 6:30pm – 7:30pm.

VOLUNTEER

K – 5 Sunday School is looking for people who are excited to share their love of Jesus with our young people.

In keeping with Safe Sanctuary policies, our volunteers are background checked. 

Volunteers are given curriculum, training and all supplies needed, and work on a rotational basis.
